ORDERS & SHIPPING
Q: Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States. No minimum purchase required and no hidden fees at checkout.
Q: How long does delivery take?
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, delivery takes 6–10 business days. Total estimated delivery time is 7–12 business days from the date of your order.
Q: Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also track your order anytime at loraoutlet.com/apps/parcelpanel.
Q: What is your order cutoff time?
Orders placed before 5:00 PM EST (Monday–Friday) are processed the same business day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST or on weekends/holidays are processed the next business day.
Q: Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Please contact us immediately at support@loraoutlet.com with your order number. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to make changes or cancellations.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Q: What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging. No restocking fees are charged.
Q: Who pays for return shipping?
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we cover 100% of the return shipping cost and provide a prepaid label. For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Q: How long does a refund take?
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 14 business days to your original payment method. You'll receive a confirmation email once complete.
Q: My item arrived damaged. What do I do?
Contact us at support@loraoutlet.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

Q: Are your boots true to size?
Yes, our boots are designed to fit true to standard US sizing. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up for extra comfort during long shifts.
Q: Are the boots waterproof?
Select models in our collection feature waterproof or water-resistant construction. Please check the individual product description for specific details on each style.
Q: Do your boots have steel toe protection?
Most of our work boots feature reinforced toe protection. Please refer to each product's description for full safety feature details.
Q: Are these boots suitable for construction sites and warehouses?
Yes. Our footwear is designed for demanding work environments including construction, warehousing, manufacturing, and general labor — featuring slip-resistant soles and reinforced protection built for long shifts.
